Susan Blankenchip - Administer of Operations

Susan Blankenchips' story begins In 1970 when her parents accepted the request to take the pastoral position of the church in El Sobrante, CA. She has attended several colleges studying business and has  been on the church staff for the past 30 years. Sue has served in many positions at Calvary including; office receptionist, P.E. teacher, and church pianist. Her thoughts about Calvary Christian Center:

"Calvary is a very loving place of worship. The people that attend are in love with Jesus Christ and are looking to assist others in their quest to follow Jesus Christ.It is my privilege to be full-time in the ministry of Calvary Christian Center... The sky is the limit as to what our God is doing for Calvary Christian Center." SB

Trish Capstick - Director of Youth Staff

Trish is one of the founding members of Calvary Christian Center. She began attending Calvary when she was only 2 years old! Soon after Calvary Christan Academy was founded, Trish began to attend. As a result of her attendance she fell in love with Calvary and the family atmosphere the church inspired. She graduated from CCA and continued her education at Contra Costa College. It wasn't very long before she began working at Calvary Christian Academy as Office Staff. Trish has been involved in ministry for a very long time. She not only spearheads the Youth Staff but she also participates in the Worship Ministry.

"...they used to call Calvary Christian Center the friendly family church. That is still true today! All are welcome and if you want to meet Jesus, this is the place. The family of Calvary Christian Center is in love with God and would like to tell you all about it-so come join us sometime. The Robisons have been my pastors since I was 12 years old and I have seen them take many people to a new level in Christ. Randy Blankenchip - Children's Pastor

 Randy Blankenchip first began attending Calvary Christian Center in 1978. He is originally from Bakersfield, Ca. where he received the Holy Ghost when he has merely 8 years old!. Soon thereafter he moved to Woodland, Ca and eventually the East Bay. He attended Contra Costa College as well as Solano Community College where he received certification in Business Management and Food Safety. Randy is  heavily involved in the ministry of Calvary. He is not only the children's pastor but also as a talented musician and currently sits on the church board. Randy sums up his thoughts about Calvary.

Debbie Williams - Assimilation Director, Multimedia Director

 Debbie Williams has been a part of Calvary Christian Center since April 1986. She grew up in El Sobrante and has attended both Diablo Valley College and San Francisco State University. Debbie is an  integral part of  CCC. She is a CCC Board Member, Director of the Assimilation ministry as well as  the Multimedia ministry and loves what she does! Her take on CCC:

"[I know] God has placed me and wants me to be at Calvary Christian Center. Everyone  here genuinely loves  the Lord and each other. Plus  we have the best Pastors this side of Heaven!  I invite you to come worship with us and see for yourself.  At Calvary we are all one big family. DW

Tom Evans - Doorkeeper Ministry

Tom Evans is the chief administrator of the "Doorkeeper" ministry of Calvary. His  responsibilities include welcoming the guests and ensuring their comfort.

Claire Shahkar - Dance Ministry

Claire can truly be called a international traveler!  She was born in New York, grew up in Massachusetts and went to college in Vermont! Upon graduating, she moved to Iran and married in  1976. Eventually she moved to El Sobrante in 1981. It was in the year 1981 when she began attending Calvary Christian Center: incidentally she received the Holy Ghost a year later in 1982. Claire has an 2 AA degrees: one in English and one in Dance. She also has a BA in Fine Arts and is currently working on  MA credits in Early Childhood and dance.  Claire serves the members and guests of CCC with her Praise and Worship Dance Ministry. Here's what she has to say-
